Each riad with 300 square metres construction has at both ends an internal garden and an external spacious veranda with a shady pergola. These terraces of 70 square metres comprise of as many lounges and other rooms with half open-cast roofs, reminiscent of the moroccan way of living.
An external staircase shows to the higher terrace, the volume of which amazingly beautiful enriches the already elaborate front facade.
The furnishings of the terrace which belong to the pure Moroccan tradition, even oriental, will assemble matresses right on the carpets, under the shadow of vast tents, rest in the day as well as in night freshness will only equal the contemplation and daydreaming from the height of this headland overlooking the ground with its beautyful gardens and the Atlas in all its splendour.

Le Clos de la Palmeraie is divided into six groups of five riads, each one around a seperate swimming-pool surrounded by lawns and borders filled with rose trees and flowers.
Wide arcades either in 'pise' or decorated with craftsmanship bricks enclose the entity of the five riads in order to preserve the intimacy of the residents. Rivers ans rivulets supplied by ponds sustain an all year round freshness and lush vegatation. At each step behind the roses and floura hide pavillions conducive to rest and pleasure.

Two Hammams, a shop selling refreshments, a news agents and a kaid's tent as a restourant have been planned around a vast swimming-pool with solarium next to a tennis-court and jogging-track.
This typical earth architectural project reconstitutes the ancestral riad and its charm but with all modern comforts. The sometimes oppressing noises and turmoil of the town are opposed by the concept of the garden Medina, where nature, water and light are the main sources to stimulate the emotions.
