    • A plane ticket to Go / return for the owner and the person of his choice, during the first 3 years, once a year from the capital of a country member of U.E as well as the free transfer of the closest airport by car or minibus a year.
    • A lease 'made to order' giving a rentability that can go up to 7 % ayear (According to the number of days of occupation of the owner) guaranteed during the first six years.
    • The possibility of staying in one of the other residences of The GARDENS of FEDALA of Morocco, during period predetermined in the contract of lease.
    • The tenancy, maintenance and the caretaking of the riad during the periods of absence of the owner
    • Free replacement or repairing of the dinnerware and pieces of furniture in case of theft or of deterioration during the first 3 years
