1. To reserve your property you will need to pay a HOLDING DEPOSIT of : € 3,000

2. On receipt of the Private Purchase Contract :-
a) Administration Fee : € 1,000
b) 1st instalment - 20% (minus the holding deposit) : € 13,199.65

3. At the start of construction :-
2nd instalment - 20% : € 16,199.65

4. The remaining balance of 60% is payable on completion : € 48,598.93
