Fudge could not agree more, looks like my 5 year old put it together not a law firm, the site pics were terrible, Marks where 10 times more impressive, a few paragraphs from the boss,
bad photos and an attempt of a poor build update spread sheet. cant wait for the next update, may have the Easter bunny on the background... and still having problems with funds tracking, really really unprofessional all this.

Hi Mark

I thought the reason for Article 3 of the contract was that phase 1 completion was to include:

- appts 1-40

- leisure & commerical area

- 9 hole golf course with club house

thereby protecting the buyer from a completed property with no surrounding amenities and hence no chance of rental.

Are we saying that the 60 day after habitation article could result in completion of purchase when the cetificate is received regardless of the status the golf course, leisure / commerical area

Apologies, in the 'recitals' part of the contract it refers to phase 1 being appts 1-80 with the 9 hole golf course and leisure / commericla area.

My point is if they finish our apartments within the 36 month period, could we be asked to complete before the rest of phase 1 is complete.

Once the habitation permit has been given along with the title of the property we can be asked to complete on the purchase within 60 days. I would expect the golf, clubhouse and leisure facilities to be completed around the same time

There is no mention of the hotel in phase one but I expect nine holes of the golf to be complete along with the clubhouse.
