Just had a quick look through my Q&A, anyone else concerned that there may be a lack of facilities and only 9 hole golf course available by the time the first two phases are complete ?

Or would this be normal for a project of this size?

Good question Manor. I am concerned. Rentability seems to be based upon verbal agreements.

The way i See this is if CPS don't get enough numbers then they could walk away from this and by that time most would have went to contract and for those relying on they rental deal could be left up sh*t creek. Whats to stop them from doing that. As far as I know any contract with them would be further down the line so they could pull out or am i wrong.

I may be wrong but I thought we would be getting a contract offer from CPS soon, not just info.

If they did pull the plug and you were relying on the rental I assume the only option would be to use the get out clause and take the hit.

Will CPS get enough rental considering my previous post ?

I know if I was going on holiday I would not be interested in a place that was only half done and with limited facilities.

I was under the impression that the whole development was to be completed at the same time, yet another thing that has changed.
