Have received an e-mail off Rachael the date we were told was going to be March 2009 we have now been told that this will not be and it will be later.  Having waited nearly 3 years for this to be built i think we could have had a town built by now i cannot understand what is taking so long as when we went last september 2007 they were coming on really well.

Hello all Joey here has anybody heard anything about the finishing date I have heard 2010 being mentioned but Prestige last email informed us it would probably be September 09.
Has anybody been out there recently and do you have any photos and not the one Prestige keep on repeating.
I think some of us are going to have to go out there and see what is really happening.
I think they have a few pokers in the fire involving other projects in Asilah and are bouncing our deposits around.
If anybody is thinking of going over as I intend to we can meet up I live in Dublin what we need now is first hand information and then see what pressure we need to put on the developer and Prestige. Joey

I have heard Prestige Office located in Dublin has closed. If true its probably due to the recession

Joey, Have you heard that the development won't finish until 2010 due to the developer getting planning licence to put an extra floor level to the apartment blocks nearest the road.

Hi Joey, My guess is that the lifts will be outdoors and will service the elevated outdoor walkways? what do you think. Prestige Offices remain operational

Hello Coop I wonder why they are putting in lifts ? will these lifts stop on the second floor as well and you must remember that will increase the management fees considerably as lifts are expensive to maintain.
I would say to everybody buying in Asilah that they make it apoint that they know what the management fees are before they close their sales as there are 300 apartments a pool, grounds etc to be kept .
I reckon 100 euros for each apartment equalls 30,000 euros as I cant see running cost being more than that.
We need more people to give an input as there will be some suprises before this project finishes so get involved and ask the questions and some one else might have the answers.
