Not a lot going on still a building site and I can see no way that this white elephant is going to be completed by the end of the year.

You would think those pictures were taking in early 2008.

What way does the late completion charges work as I intend to get every euro of the price and compensation for loss of rental income as I am sure most of us borrowed from the bank and paying interest on that loan.

It has been a bad investment there is not one good thing I can say about this purchase, the hole in my pocket is getting deeper and deeper.

Anybody got news that can help us Asilah Beach buyers. Joey, Dublin Ireland.

Hello all the website is back up for Asilah it is www.homebeachsarl.com so have a look before it disappears it really makes out that we are going to have a top of the range resort and to be finished the last quarter 2010.

If any body has any snaps or news please post. We are going to have to arrange to meet before signing that is those who want to get what they have paid for. I live in Ireland and as we have some Spainish buyers I can meet up in Malaga or some other airport and we could fly out to Tangiers any takers ?? Joey

And for all those who want to have a look at our neighbours next door which I have said in the past guarentees that our project will finish and should be to a high standard. It is the same developer, I do not know how sales are going or if any, have a look anyway www.asilahberalmar.com

Hello all Asilah buyers yeagh are all very quite out there, has anybody got any news that we can share with one another.

We all know progress is very slow and I cannot see it finished by the end of the year... hope I am wrong

I am trying to arrange with other buyers from what ever country you might come from that we have to be more united as a team and get all the facilities that we paid for and our apartments are to spec.

We will not achieve this one on one with the developer, Law & Taxes and Prestige etc so send me a private message to rossmore93@hotmail.com we can then pool the information and verify each ones purchase and those who do it is the first step you could say towards a management committee which we need to set up, as we do not wont to be at the mercy of the developer who will charge exorbitant fees for same.

if I may use a horse racing analogy let us all be first out off the traps and get what we paid for.
